Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include companies within the AutoNation, Inc. family of companies, such as dealerships and nonfinancial companies. |
| Nonaffiliates |
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with can include government entities and credit reporting agencies. We may also disclose information to nonaffiliates in response to a subpoena or court order, as required by certain federal and state laws, to help complete a transaction initiated by you and pursuant to your request or authorization. |

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
